Thursday, March 7, 2019 - Love. This. Wine. Decant for 2 hours. Savory nose. Fills your mouth with floral notes, dark fruit, plum, fig, and graphite. Rich, decadent flavor. Ate with well-marbled ribeyes - eat with steak, duck, etc. Tannins are smooth but present. Long finish. This will keep getting better in your cellar for 5-10 years.
