Monday, January 25, 2021 - Fantastic bottle. One small step behind a Bevan opened the same night, but in all fairness, the Bevan had a 4-hour decant and the Quilceda just 30 minutes. The Quilceda was more elegant and intellectual. Lovely bottle for sure. I have one more and suspect the Quilceda will improve with age, whereas the Bevan seems at a peak right now.
