Sunday, December 27, 2015 - Dark purple. Ripe dark fruit straight in your face but the wine shows layers of complexity as you swirle the glass. Ripe plum, morello cherries,some animal notes, tobacco, some dried herbs, oak. Very good balance with medium acidity and tannins, medium to long finish where you feel the cab taking over through bell pepper nuances. The best wine from Cyprus that I have ever tasted.
