Saturday, February 12, 2022 - This is a seriously good wine, with a big nose of dark fruits and licorice giving way to bursting flavors that are big and round then finishing with a very nice spice at the end. Being a Shiraz does not lend itself to the chunky tannins I prefer but this absolutely made the dinner last night. Decanted for 1 hour.
