Saturday, February 1, 2014 - Beautiful example of the Weninger style. On the light side, with great transparency and a unique flavor profile. Somewhat oaky and run of the mill on 1st day, it fleshed out on 2nd day. Open & vibrant, saline palate with electrifying acidity. So memorable and elegant.
