Saturday, July 13, 2019 - Perfectly apoint! But very little amber. I've had this cellared since original release. Still showing some fruit, wonderful nose, medium finish. All the flavors you'd expect from a nicely aged Ch d'P from this excellent vintage. While drinking very well now, it showed no signs of deterioration during the hour it was consumed. Went very well with Indian Rack of Lamb (Berrah Kebab) and the Ginger & Lime chicken.
