Thursday, February 4, 2021 - drinking well right now. lots of wet rocky minerality along with a mixture of darker red berries, plum, tea, and leather. Was quite open from 20 minutes of air until about the 2 hour mark then closed in on itself. Came back to life after a half hour. Best days are still a few years out i think
