Tuesday, October 6, 2020 - Vibrant deep garnet color. Dominated by grass, mushroom, forest floor, earthy undergrowth, leather, and tobacco notes on the nose and palate. After about an hour notes of toasted bread or biscuit showed up. Well integrated tannins still showing, especially on the finish. Well balanced if not a little delicate after 35 years - still full of body. Amazing long, full finish. Drink now if you’ve got it. Find some and drink it now if you don’t.
