Friday, April 7, 2023 - Our last bottle pours a light youthful straw yellow color. Notes of grapefruit, grass, jalapeno and even has some feline elements as well. Definitely doesn't smell like a CA sauv blanc. Flavors of melon, lemongrass and grapefruit with good supporting acidity. Excellent.
