Wednesday, November 15, 2017 - This wine has developed nicely over the last few years and is currently in a good spot. An attractive grapey bouquet with limes, greengages, river boulder and green apple. Dense and viscous on palate with plenty of green and yellow citrus and orchard fruit. Slatey minerals provide a thread through the wine. Quite grippy and almost tannic with some nice apricot kernel bitterness on the moderately long, dry finish. It has a 2012 richness to it but good fresh and refreshing acidity provides good balance.
