Saturday, August 1, 2020 - First time with this producer and even the retailer who had it. From a magnum. This is more of a QPR play. It's not an amazing champagne, but it's a good one and easy to drink and was very reasonably priced for the mag. In that very racy grower style where it's super dry and there's a hint of puckering. Also paired with some caviar and the saltiness brought out the bubbles a bit more.
