Wednesday, August 12, 2020 - 58 months after the prior: Once again it started out quite Chablis-like — nicely mineral and flinty — and then, on the second and especially third nights, it developed a pleasantly deep and rich side, while still showing good acidity. Highly enjoyable over all three nights, and quite interesting to see the evolution.
