Thursday, October 29, 2015 - There is a lot nuance here, but not a lot of power. Maybe that's Sangiovese. I doubt I will ever consider brunello in the same league as barolo and Barbaresco.

Anyway, this wine has aromas of black cherry, rose, vanilla, leather, game, and black tea. The wine has good acidity and very strong tannins on the finish. I figure it will be better in a few years.
