Thursday, December 15, 2016 - Disappointing. Brunelli (any sangiovese, actually) are some of my favorite wines in the world but this does not do justice to the grape. A bit paint-thinnerish on the nose. Same in the mouth. Not much of the personality of the grape comes through. This is the first of four from the cellar so I'm hoping this is just bottle variation at its worst.
