Wednesday, May 23, 2018 - Aromatic, with a flint, steely nose, permeated by canteloupe, a sweet hint of butterscotch, and pineapple.

The palate is slightly metallic with lemon, granny smith apple, wet stone.

Super clean finish without a hint of alcohol.

Paired with Blue Crab, Spiced Corn, Whipped Chervil. Good pairing, although the sweetness of the crab and corn tended to bring out a little too much heat in the wine.
