Saturday, December 19, 2015 - Dark garnet color, expressive, fruity nose. Complex and balanced on the palate, dry, but some sweetness on the mid-palate, lots of fruit, plenty of structure. Long finish. Paired wonderfully with bolognese pasta and a steak salad. This wine is evolving nicely.
