Plum Marmalade chrismas
TASTE:
sweet and really filling your mouth
with lot´s of plum jam, deep garnet of a compott in
chrismas cake (dried fruits) ...
filling my low wishes ... and makes you happy .. not more
a little St. Emilion .. but at the start of beeing a good start into
the real depth of St. Emilion like on the top is
Angelus, Ausone -- and next big step to this is Monbousquet
a next little step would be: Canon la Gaffeliere ... same year
means : 94 points of 100
at this class !
never compared to any other higher class St. Emilion !! remember !
