Tuesday, July 21, 2020 - Red and black fruit. Tobacco leaf, ashtray, and wet forest floor. Dry on the attack but with mid palate sweetness. Medium acidity. The tannins are present but feel silky, lush and luxurious. Very layered, lots of complexity and very balanced. Finishes dry and long. Hard to tell this is a 2003.
