Wednesday, July 20, 2022 - Definitely at its peak. This is awesome. Still the perfect mixed between the primary fruit (strawberry, bramble fruit) and secondary aromas (chocolate and vanilla). This is still quite bold, even though the tannins are now very polished. Love the underlying acidity that makes the wine very fresh. This can be enjoyed now or cellared for another 3-5 years. The highlight of the night.
