Friday, November 2, 2018 - Served with pork chops, squash, salad.
Cork: first impression is a bit jammy, touch of tobacco.
Look: deep ruby, perhaps garnet, inviting.
Smell: nice nose, fruit forward, aromatic, a bit indistinct.
Taste: a spicy bite, some tannin & acid, tobacco and smoke still in play.
Enjoyable.
