Wednesday, June 20, 2018 - So, as an experiment, I laid this down for a few years to see if this style (and AVA) can age. As I enjoy that Petrol smell, I was rewarded for this patience.

There is still plenty of fruit to be found here, but the Petrol aroma has increased and the acidity is medium and soft.

On the palate white peach, lime leaves, Linden tree, & crushed stone echo - with a medium + finish. She’s a sweet little number...but I think it’s more from the fruit than residual sugar.
