Saturday, January 9, 2016 - Yeah, acid... In such a good way. Floral, herbal, chalky limestone and a whiff of nectarine mingling with some leesy notes. This hits me nicely. Great acidity, yet enough texture and weight to bring balance and keep it from being too linear. Awesome.
