Burgundy Bill Likes this wine:

Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Cellared since release and shared by a generous friend. Perfectly mature burgundy. Sandalwood, dried rose pedals and red berries on the nose. Incredibly earthy, forest floor, and cherry with surprisingly grippy tannin that left the wine a little dry (will these ever fully resolve?). Not worth today’s premium, but a privilege to drink.
