Saturday, February 23, 1991 - Mostly 1987 Cabernet Sauvignons (Hi-Time Wine Cellars, Costa Mesa, Ca.): Big, rich, intense cabernet fruit on the nose, hint of tobacco and coffee on the nose, thorny, brambly fruit on the palate, medium body, lots of berry fruit and berry acid on the finish, showed sweet cedar later on in the tasting.
