Saturday, October 14, 2006 - May be just way past its prime. Flat, with only hints of what it used to be. Was ok with the massive ribeye at Press in St. Helena, but not worth keeping the remaining bottles I have. The sommelier agreed that it was was just OK, and he felt just slightly oxidized, although the cork and bottle appeared perfect. Very strange indeed when I read the raves from other community members.
