Sunday, September 19, 2021 - Popped and poured. Medium yellow color. Meyer lemon, citrus, flint and a mineral driven spice. The palate is deep, maybe a little flat (lacking acid) but it’s loaded with dry extract and really dances on the tongue. Long finish. Roulot did really well in 2012. Highly recommended.
