Saturday, October 14, 2023 - With regrets, I stopped buying from Alpha Omega, beacuse of the questionable ethics of the company. but I still have some bottles in the cellar, and this one is a beauty. Their ethics may be bad but their wine is good. I opened this an hour before I intended to serve it, but it tasted beautiful--rich and smooth--right out of the bottle. I don't think you need to decant it at all.
