Tuesday, January 24, 2017 - Superlative. One of the best aged Cabernet Francs from outside Bordeaux I've ever had. This was just a complete wine. Still fresh, complex, with secondary notes but remarkable energy on attacks. Can only imagine how good the Bourg from this year would be (since this bottling lacked a bit on the finish). Double decanted and let sit for 1 hour before drinking. Gorgeous till the last drop.
