Tuesday, September 22, 2015 - decanted 2 hrs. Paired w italian

Medium body with JUST the right amount of tannin and fruit. Like a lighter, mellower CA cab sauv. Great when you're not in the mood for anything big and overpowering, or if you're not planning on eating heavy meats. Still would pair well though w steaks! Not too much of anything, just right and balanced.
