Wednesday, November 30, 2022 - Deep garnet, with significantly browning fading edges, and fine sediments. Aromas of dried redcurrant, red cherry, rocket leaves, dark florals, molasses, and pot soil. Tannins nearly all resolved, whilst acids to exhibit freshness, while fruits are mostly dried, as if raisins and dried cranberry, dried grass, earth and mushroom, and leather. Still holding the fort well with a pretty good length, and pretty complex as well, what with waves of dried fruits and florals. Nice!
