Friday, July 26, 2019 - Drinking really well after an hour in the decanter. Oak stuck out a little before the hour breathing, however the fruit then rose up and it was all nicely balanced. Eden valley first, Cabernet second.
No rush, should continue to improve for 5+ years, however tannins are nicely integrated now.
