Sunday, April 12, 2020 - Decanted 4 hours. Similar to an earlier review, noticed that on it's own, the Petit Syrah dominated, but it absolutely came alive when paired with a dry aged KC Strip - almost a completely different wine. Would definitely recommend the pairing for the full experience! Lost a bit on Day 2, but still enjoyed
