Thursday, June 5, 2014 - Gorgeous violet color. On Day 1, with leftover Indian food, this was tight and disjointed. However, on Day 2 it really opened up and shined with grilled chicken teriyaki. Not as rustic or complex as most Cru Beaujolais, but this was ultimately balanced, sweet and sour with lingering bitters, and supple on the finish. I'd hold this another year or two to let it calm down. Drink 2015+.
