Wednesday, March 2, 2022 - Just coming into prime now. Let it breathe for an hour and it settles down perfectly.
Incredible nose that is very complex.
Brooding flavour profile, tannins have softened allowing the Tar, tobacco, leather, flavours to show with a waft rose petals and bright acidity and freshen up the finish.
