Thursday, September 8, 2016 - Absolute solid dry Riesling Kabinett. Slightly tropical fruit with lots of minerality with a certain phenolic note. Last bottle of 3. With that present acidity that Kabinett will provide enjoyable drinking at least another 3 years.
