Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Had this at the winemakers retirement reception. Somewhere between a Chablis and a fully oaked barrel fermented Napa Chardonnay it really needed more bottle age to develop and it was too cold. Any way it was quite nice, tart and fresh with integrated oak and very approachable citrus flavors.
