Friday, May 27, 2022 - Quite nice. Sweet as you'd expect from an Auslese, but not absurdly so, and with good minerality and acidity. The palate has a strong petrol/savory component, so if that turns you off beware. I kind of love it. The minerality and acidity kick up on the finish so it finishes rather clean too.
