Saturday, September 12, 2009 - Decanted two hours, and this continues to unfold. Bricking, crimson-purple in color, with a full, ripe perfume of blue and black fruits, herbs, and soy sauce. Decidedly Australian in style, with melded flavors of blueberry, plum, black pepper, and mocha. Big in mouth feel, with round tannins. Rich and bold; don't drink this now with less than two hours in the decanter.
