Saturday, May 19, 2007 - At Fleming's, Coral Gables. One of the decent value bottles on their list. Went there w Maserati $100 Gift Certificate. Classical Aussie Shiraz. Decanted. Slightly tight, and cloying at first. With air smoothed out and offered rich peppery dark fruit Shiraz. All the critics narratives, WA, WS, and IWC give kudos to this wine, and deservedly so.
