Saturday, December 15, 2007 - This wine has a big, rich nose of dark fruit and some oak. The color was deep, deep ruby as I would have expected from a Shiraz from Oz. The wine was decanted for a couple of hours before the first taste which I'm guessing did it a great service. By the time we got around to tasting, the mouthfeel was silky and rich. Currant, some oak and toffee were noticed. We received as a gift whiich made it all the better.
