Thursday, October 23, 2008 - Decanted 3 hours and it really wasn't enough. Very big and pwerful only really beginning to open and show it's elegance at around hour six. Drank in a social setting so nodetailed notes, but I think it's highly notable that some that had been left in a glass overnight was still rocking after it had been out of the bottle for over 18 hours. This has an extremely long life ahead of it.
