Sunday, March 30, 2014 - I have tasted this wine over the past several years, and for some reason it has not held up well. I first tasted it at a dinner party, and it blew me away with it's silky fruit, balance, and soft tannins. Sadly, it has become progressively more rustic, leathery and granular with time. Maybe it's going through a "closing down" stage and, with more time, will be great again. One can only hope!
