Friday, October 30, 2020 - Such a stark difference with the 2010 Boillot Bienvenues drunk alongside. This is buttery and rich but for my tastes flabby. The over fatty style of californian/australian style. I don't need to describe it because you know what I mean. The California palates loved this. The aging process has made it fat but not oxidized. Points though for lasting 16 years old without going off the cliff!
