Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Very nice selection- needed about 30 minutes in the bottle open to expand the floral. Worked very well across the appetizers and even part of the main items. On the floral one had more of the currant which was somewhat surprising (balanced about 30 minutes). Color was indeed as expected from prior bottles of the krug rose (ID415063,23rd, 2011 base) with pale pink. The raspberry and honey took more time to show. I would say closer to about an hour, but then they took their 'front row' palate and nose. Finishing got longer over the course of the meal. I think it was very good one, but took slightly more time to open compare to other 375 that were opened in the fall. Still, neither the house nor us complained about taking the time to enjoy it.
