Thursday, March 24, 2016 - Last bottle, too bad. This has been a nice weekday white. Tonight we had it with a test run of the Easter breakfast quiche. Worked wonderfully. Some pears, apples and a hint of acid, almost sweet on the palate. It has calmed down a bit, no hints of spritz on the last couple of bottles.
