Sunday, March 16, 2014 - Not much depth but a beautifully perfumed, ethereal drink. There was some smoked meats, black earth and dried flowers to the aroma.It was fine and lacy in the mouth with real savoury nuance. It finished relatively short and still had a kiss of crisp acidity.
