Wednesday, April 4, 2018 - Shocked at the lack of sweetness here (in a good way). Very minimal heat detected. Blueberry and blackberry pie, rum raisin, fresh squeezed blackberries. The finish is quite silky. Curious as to how this ages...I’ll let my other sit a while.
