Sunday, January 15, 2017 - Tasted blind. Medium lemon with gold hues. The nose is clean, with peach, pear, grapefruit, wet stone and an interesting breadyness. The palate is off dry, but with excellent contrast between the residual sugar and the high acidity. The alcohol is low at 8.8%. The nose and the flavor intensity are medium plus. The finish is clean and crisp yet creamy. It is drinking well now, but has potential for ageing thanks to its acidity and depth.
