Monday, August 3, 2015 - Possibly the wrong evening to open such a lovely wine with Ribs and Chicken but totally enjoyed it with an evening enjoying amazing company and music, embracing good flavours to make it all perfect. A wine that is balanced and capable to enhance the value of any dinner in all flavours. A balanced intensity of dark fruit and tannins with a medium/long finish. An aroma of oak and hints of spice indicating a wine that can be opened for any occasion and many consumers.
