Friday, December 2, 2016 - Warm, rich, meaty, dark plum, faint mint. Big, rich, savory, deep palate of chassis. Chewy in a good way with ripe but full still present tannins. Medium finish. Still young and probably will develop more with another 5yrs in bottle.
